Have any of you watched the drama "Battle at Kruger" on You Tube? The synopsis is: a herd of strolling buffalo is attacked by lions and a small calf is singled out for lunch. During the attack the calf and lions slip into the nearby lake/river and the legs of the unfortunate calf are siezed by a crocodile. There follows a tug-of-war between the lions and the croc with the lions eventually managing to drag the calf onto dry land. From stage R the herd of buffalo return and go for the lions who after a scrap retreat leaving the calf to struggle to it's feet. All filmed by an amateur on video. Amazing!
A Clubnight perhaps? The parts of the calf and the croc are going begging.

We have a crocodile costume- ask the Wardrobe Mistress. We also have a rather vestigial lion's head, made for a Midsummer Night's Dream. Alas,the best we can do for a herd of buffalo is the head of an ass and a mummy's head with torso. There is even a fine back-cloth of distant snow-capped mountains. All we need, really, is some bloody actors to "discover" the possibilties. We could probably manage the amateur filming.
